Coaching 2.0 - The new era of business coaching
Nobody wants business coach only for a coffee company. Coaching is supposed to bite on organisation’s critical functions and create real results.
Why don’t organisations achieve wanted results?
Sometimes the goals and everyday work of the organisation can be two separate things. This can be illustrated with a gap between the strategy and actions. Employees can not work according to the strategy and goals if these are unclear them.
People’s understanding leads to right actions and, thus to real results. Strategic goals can only be achieved when the level of actions is high enough.
Only the people working in the organisation can knit the strategy and daily actions closely together. People start to do right things when they understand, where the organisation is going to, and realise their own role and the meaning of the work at the organisational level.
This is the basis of Balentor’s coaching.
Coaching 2.0 - what is the way of our coaching?
We have taken business coaching onto a new level. Instead of perfunctory ready-to-go packages, we get to know the customer and commit to its needs, actions and goals in the long run. We believe that this is the only way to concentrate on the essential parts of development and growth.
Strategy and goals give the right direction to the organisation’s actions. However, if the people do not truly participate and do their best, actions do not lead into strategically desirable results.
In our coaching we want to inspire and encourage people to understand better the meaning of their work and to analyse their own actions both on individual and group level. When people perceive their own role in achieving organisation’s goals, they concentrate on the essential things and feel better.
The aim of our coaching program is to create a basis for continual internal development and learning culture in the organisation. Our objective is that enthusiasm and courage to do the right things systematically remains on every level of the organisation.
